Terms and Conditions

Lesson Format
Lessons are 1 hour long and conducted via Zoom. A recording of the session will be provided afterward for your personal review.

Payment
£85 per hour

All lessons must be paid in full at least 24 hours in advance to secure your booking. Late payments may result in cancellation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full fee still applies.

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: Eligible for a full refund or credit.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

No-Shows
Missed lessons without notice are forfeited and non-refundable.

Tech Requirements
Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection, Zoom access, and a keyboard or piano ready before the lesson.

Recordings & Privacy
Lesson recordings are for your personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

Respectful Learning
A respectful, focused environment is expected. Inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation without refund.
